Welcome to my site

My goal for this site is to share with you observations of what is happening in this fast-changing, ever-changing travel world.

I also want to share with you what I have experienced on recent travels and also thoughts and observations from friends and clients as they travel the world.

On this site, I also share some of the letters I get from clients who travel to all parts of the globe, in the "Travel Diaries" sidebar.

Being part of Frosch Travel and through them the consortium, Signature Travel Network, gives me the ability to offer some rare travel opportunities and values. Family-owned Frosch of Houston has great buying power because of its size but it is also an agency that stresses treating clients in a personal manner.

I aim to be responsive to the travelers’ needs and desires. I can help analyze and compare the many possibilities available for a trip, and in today’s online world I can act as an editor for all the offerings. I am here to take care of the myriad minor details that are part of travel planning.

Corinthian

“Corinthian provided the seriously comfortable base for our group in the circumnavigation of Sicily. The ship was running so smoothly that the journey had a seamless quality - lots of touring, with the ever-welcoming Corinthian always ready for our return with excellent food and restful accommodations. One or two people stayed on board during the trip - skipping the tours for a day or two - to enjoy the comforts of the ship and an excellent sun-dappled luncheon on deck.

The complimentary wines served with enthusiasm and were critically well rated - the dining room easily absorbs the entire passenger list into a happily buzzing dinner party, including everyone at tables from two to ten.

Corinthian II is a most sociable ship with a easygoing comfort that makes it a very desirable mini-loner for relaxing days at sea as well as very suitable as a close-to-the-action exploration vessel.”
